Cake cake cake

Hei-hei!

325g jahu
50g kakaopulbrit
200g võid
280g suhkrut
7 muna
500g kohupiima
500ml naturaalset jogurtit
2 pakki šokolaadipudingu pulbrit
1tl küpsetuspulbrit

Kokkuvõttes peaks see olema juustukoogi tervislikum variant.

So my mum found this one recipe in the magazine recently and I decided to try it out. It did not seem so hard at all and in addition we almost had all of the ingredients at home already. Actually it was not as easy as it seemed at all…if I would do these kind of cakes every day, I would not need a gym in my life anymore :D

Ingridients:

325g of flour
50g cocoa powder
200g of butter
280g of sugar
7 eggs
500g of cottage cheese
500ml of natural unflavoured yoghurt
2 packages of chocolate pudding powder
1ts of baking powder

1. First of all you need to make the pastry. Take 280g of flour and make a little mountain out of it and use your finger to make a hole on top of it( the method is similar to making pasta pastry), then you need in to that hole 1 egg, cocoa powder, 200g of sugar and 2 ts of cold water and also butter( it should be on room temperature, trust me, much simpler)
2. And then you start working with your hands and make a pastry out of it :D
3. You need to work fast and make it in to this one little ball of pastry, then ja took 3/4 of this ball and took my baking pan, rolled out the pastry and placed it inside the pan, so it  also covered the walls an all.
4. Now to the filling, you mix up the yoghurt, cottage cheese, pudding powder, baking powder and 120g of sugar, once it is mixed, you add 6 eggs and mix it all once again, carefully, so it is all mixed up.
5. Pour the filling in to the pan, straight on to the pastry.
6. This 1/4 of pastry that we had left ver from earlier, we take it and mix up with the left over flour and sugar and then run it through the grater on to the filling.
7. The oven should be preheated on to 180 degrees and the cake should be inside for about one hour.

All in all, it should be a healthier version of the traditional cheesecake. It contains 450 kkcl.(16g of protein and 19g of fat)

I would recommend to make it in the evening, let it cool, but it in the freezer for the night and enjoy it the next day. It tasted way better the next day, you can also put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side :)

Heeeeeeei!

Puhkuuuus!

Nail inspiration

Recently I have been getting back into liking to keep my manicure always on point and so I started using gel nail polish. I do not have any kind of certain problems with my nails so I do not have to put on acrylic or any kind of fake nails. Using the gel nail polish is a great way to make your manicure last A LOT longer and you can play with it in many different ways. Considering the fact that my own mum   does it, is even better.
Here are some inspirational photos ( I do not own any of them)

Aaaaaaaand these are the owns that are my nails ( made by my mum)

As I said it stays on a lot longer than regular nail polish and just outgrows  your own natural nails.
loooooooove it !
