Heeeei! Hiljuti leidsin sellise blogi nagu "Tarkpea teeb trenni" ja seal on kuhjaga Heidi poolt üles kirjutatud väga lihtsaid ja juba lugedes maitsvad tunduvad tervislikud retseptid. Ma kohe ei teadnud mida esimesene teha aga otsustasin teha kana- kodujuustukotletid. Tulid imemaitsvad ja midagi rasket nende tegemises ei ole. Põhiline aeg läheb praadimisele.
Vaja läheb:
400g hakkliha
200g kodujuustu
1 muna
1 küüslaugu küüs
Sega kõik kokku ja paneeri riivsaias ning viska pannile.
Sobivad ideaalselt riisiga.

Heeey! Recently I found this blog called "Tarkpea tee trenni" and there are a lot of yummy and at the same time healthy recipes that all all written down there by Heidi. I did not know what to try out first but I decided to go for these chicken and cottage cheese cutlets. They turned out to be super good and they are really easy to make.
You will need:
400g chicken minced meat
200g cottage cheese
1 egg
1 claw of garlic
Mix it all together and lay them in breadcrumbs and throw them in to the hot pan.
They were delicious with rice.
